Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive.

To thrive in this position, you should be capable of:

Driving new business initiatives, cultivating a robust pipeline, and securing new contracts; Analyzing and understanding the market landscape; Conducting consultative commercial meetings with clients and prospects, including C-level executives, to comprehend their requirements and collaborate with internal experts to present optimal solutions; Grasping the business model of each target client by mapping their organization and identifying technological needs and business opportunities; Crafting and delivering proposals, overseeing the entire sales cycle, and ensuring the pipeline management tool is consistently updated; Participating in onboarding meetings and transition processes to guarantee client success; Collaborating with prospecting professionals to enhance their outcomes; Identifying and qualifying new customers, reaching out to them effectively; Preparing and presenting high-impact presentations to decision-makers; Conducting necessary follow-ups throughout the sales process; Making in-person visits when required; Engaging in trade shows and industry events.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in consultative software sales; Familiarity with the e-commerce and digital landscape; Experience interacting with decision-makers in both business and technical domains; Proficiency in the Office suite at an intermediate to advanced level; Experience with complex, high-value sales is a significant advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced knowledge of e-commerce, CRM, and ERP processes; Basic understanding of communication protocols such as API, Webservice, Database, and FTP/SFTP; Proficiency in English is a plus.
