As a Sales Administration Manager, you will play a key role in driving business success by overseeing and analyzing sales processes, identifying trends, and optimizing performance.
This position is responsible for monitoring and providing timely trend reports per division, setting up the price process, and reviewing sales processes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience with ERP systems and advanced MS Office skills.
- Review each sales process including contract incentives, spot incentives, invoices, inventory, and other sales tasks, providing guidance to the relevant sales team to ensure compliance.
- Analyze weekly/monthly sales incentive investments against plans, monitor investment trends, and identify gaps.
- Aggregate monthly performance data, analyze differences between actual and targets, share results with the sales team, and set new targets.
- Verify the validity of marketing budgets and adjust expenditures for each sales department accordingly.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics is required.
- Typically requires at least 10 years of related experience.
- Possesses a broad range of experience, utilizes professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues creatively and effectively.
- Works on complex issues requiring in-depth evaluation of variables, exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria, and coordinates tasks with others.
- Fluent English skills are mandatory.
