We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting regular business reviews with existing clients to develop and maintain strong relationships and ensure satisfaction and retention.
The ideal candidate will have experience in qualifying sales opportunities based on our sales methodology and metrics, including client fit and success criteria. You will also be responsible for positioning DocuSign's value proposition as part of the overall business solution, linking benefits to key business issues.
A successful Business Development Manager will develop referrals into new opportunities and maintain a client referral program. They will also review assigned accounts to highlight key results, analyze metrics, demonstrate value, and emphasize ROI.
