About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Solutions and Services Executive to join our Global Accounts team at Lenovo. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for nurturing and owning the SSG relationship with our customers across the lifecycle of a deal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with multiple organizations, including sales, finance, service delivery, customers, and business partners to lead all elements of the services sales cycle.
  • Develop and implement a framework to manage long-term strategy and forecasting, using Microsoft Dynamics and other reporting tools to track key sales metrics.
  • Develop, implement, and execute an effective sales strategy to achieve sales goals.
Account Engagement
  • Work within a dedicated territory/segment and collaborate with the Client Manager, who is the lead person on the account, and the Service and Solution Domain Specialist (SSDS), if applicable.
  • Partner with the Client Manager to develop and implement an effective account plan and customer engagement strategy to achieve sales goals.
  • Build C-level relationships and serve as a trusted consultant to customers, demonstrating a deep understanding of Lenovo's E2E strategic portfolio, including DWS.
  • Position Lenovo solutions to address customers' business and IT challenges, discussing complex solutions, software, Device as a Service (DaaS), and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS).
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent professional work experience.
  • 5+ years of successful solutions and services experience.
  • Experience as an IT Services Solutions provider selling multi-year managed services solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Digital Workplace Solutions and Device as a Service.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Possess a proactive and driven approach to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Advanced English level.
