Customer Service Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual customer service representative to join our Canadian Segment Contact Center team.

This role will involve handling and resolving customer inquiries, providing exceptional service, and working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle complex customer service requests with accuracy and professionalism
  • Utilize multiple administrative systems to resolve inquiries and meet service standards
  • Identify and report areas of continuing customer concern and make recommendations for improvement
  • Recommend client-centered resolutions and initiate exceptions within guidelines
  • Contribute to a strong collaborative team and build customer relationships
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and processes
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Fluent bilingual skills in French and English
  • Previous experience in a contact center environment (not required)
  • Excellent technical capabilities, research skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to learn and apply information quickly
  • Knowledge of financial services (an asset)
