Job Overview

This role requires a skilled legal professional with expertise in corporate transactional work, specializing in providing expert advice and support for business operations.



  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive legal counsel on all aspects of corporate transactions, including strategic business deals and sales agreements.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements, such as customer sales agreements, distribution agreements, product lease agreements, loyalty program terms, master service agreements, NDAs, licensing agreements, policies, and guidelines.
  • Identify and manage legal risks associated with transactions and business operations, including government sales and bid transactions.


Professional Requirements
  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the bar is required.
  • Several years of experience in a large law firm and at a multinational corporation is preferred.
  • Proven experience in corporate transactions, contracts, and commercial deals is essential.
  • Strong negotiation and drafting skills are necessary, along with effective communication of complex legal concepts.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities are required to handle complex legal issues.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.


Strategic Partner

As a key member of the legal team, you will advise senior management on compliance matters, develop tailored solutions to mitigate risks, and foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.



Essential Skills
  • Portuguese, English, and Spanish language proficiency is mandatory.
  • Experience working with local laws, regulations, and industry-specific requirements is highly valued.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make informed decisions is crucial.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team is essential.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills are necessary to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
