The Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Technical Product Advisor. This role will be responsible for maintaining alignment between after-sales policies and procedures to minimize waste and ensure financial strength.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and strengthen alignment between BRP after-sales policies and procedures to minimize waste and ensure financial strength.
- Support dealer/distributor networks with technical concerns to ensure consistent brand promise and product performance.
- Deliver technical support for powersports products with consistent service levels, ensuring warranty decisions and practices align with company expectations.
- Resolve product-related problems to improve future products, and identify communication needs.
- Ensure alignment of internal and external stakeholders on warranty decisions and practices.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in after-sales and support, with a focus on problem-solving and improving the service experience.
- Successful experience managing support teams, including hiring, mentoring, and training.
- Strong negotiation, communication, verbal, and written skills.
- Technical background with experience in powersports products or similar industries.
- Ability to connect product, dealer support, and customer experience.
- Strong proficiency in Portuguese and English (written and verbal), with additional languages an advantage.
