As a Sourcing Recruiter, you will be responsible for cultivating talent sourcing channels, developing relationships with hiring managers, and closing searches against tight deadlines.
Job Responsibilities:- Contribute to developing strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of our organization.
- Recruit passive candidates and gauge candidate skill sets against open roles.
- Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management.
- Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification.
