Full-stack Developer Opportunity

This role involves a mix of front-end and back-end development, focusing on creating seamless user experiences across various digital projects.

  • Create high-performance, scalable, and maintainable code through best practices in software development.
  • Enhance core functionalities, modules, and themes for customized solutions.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance functionality.
  • Collaborate on the integration of Adobe Commerce with front-end components, templates, and external services.
  • Optimize content authoring workflows and platform capabilities.
  • Implement unit tests to ensure code quality.
  • Partner with UX/UI designers to create user-centric experiences.
  • Work closely with back-end developers to optimize API integrations and performance.
  • Collaborate with SEO specialists to implement technical SEO best practices.
  • Align development efforts with business objectives in partnership with Product Owners.

Strong knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS is required. Familiarity with version control (Git, specifically BitBucket) and Agile development practices is necessary. Knowledge of Web Accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0 AA) and best practices for inclusive design are also essential.

Requirements
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in full-stack development.
  • Experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS.
  • Familiarity with version control (Git, specifically BitBucket) and Agile development practices.
  • Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL.
  • Knowledge of Web Accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0 AA) and best practices for inclusive design.
