About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Partner Account Manager to join our team at Sovos Compliance. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with our global partners, driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with our global partners, including system integrators, ISVs, and resellers, to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Collaborate with our sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities with our partners, and develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Partner Management: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our partners' businesses, identify opportunities for growth and collaboration, and work closely with our partners to develop and execute joint business plans.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with our partners, and develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our sales teams, product teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication across the organization.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in alliance sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strategic relationships with global partners, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute business plans.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to travel internationally, up to 50% of the time.
