Risk Management Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Third Party Risk Management Specialist. This role will be based in Sao Jose dos Campos, Brazil.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform supplier master data cleansing activities;
- Support daily Master data process for vendor creation and changes;
- Conduct due diligence process for Third parties prior to their activation in the Master Data & existing Third parties following a risk-based approach;
- Support Sanction screening and Risk assessment for new and existing suppliers;
- Review alerts in sanction screening tool on a daily basis;
- Maintain data quality and perform databases reconciliation activities to ensure accuracy and completeness of data;
- Support reporting related activities;
- Perform other Third party risk related supporting and analytical activities to support the team;
- Update excel data bases with critical metrics for supervising purposes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Audit or Risk Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology, or Law;
- At least 1 year of related experience;
- Driven, meticulous individual with good problem-solving skills;
- Strong intellectual curiosity and ability to adapt to learning regulatory requirements;
- Inquisitive, hardworking, and flexible individual willing to take on various projects;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with priorities;
- Proficiency in MSOffice tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;
- English language proficiency.
