Sales Engineering Manager for Latin America

Location: Latin America – Based in Brazil
Role Objective:
Enhance the market presence of Quectel in the Latin American region, specifically focusing on Short Range, Smart Modules, PCBA, and ODM project product lines. This role requires a strategic approach to market research, identifying new verticals and customers, and supporting Regional Sales Managers in expanding these product lines within the existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities of the Sales Engineering Manager
- Assess customer requirements and expectations to deliver tailored solutions.
- Manage product updates, conduct training sessions, and deliver customer presentations.
- Monitor account designs related to product lines within the Regional Funnel.
- Educate our Sales Force and Representative Firms/Distributors on product offerings and track potential opportunities.
- Compile a Monthly Latin America Discussion Report covering leads, technical evaluations, meeting agendas, and roadmap discussions.
- Initiate and coordinate Roadmap Meetings.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM systems to maintain accurate customer relationship data.
- Attend trade shows to identify potential accounts and products utilizing cellular modules, while gathering relevant contact information.
