**Electrical Innovation Leader Role:**
We're seeking a skilled Electrical Innovation Leader to contribute to the development of transformative technologies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement innovative electrical solutions for core and shell-type transformers.
- Oversee R&D projects, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining quality standards.
- Establish and maintain technical standards and design tools for transformer design.
- Conduct electrical design and supervise manufacturing and testing processes.
- Share knowledge and findings through reports and specifications.
- Evaluate production processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide technical support to factories within your area of expertise.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
- Degree in Electrical Engineering; a Master's or PhD is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in electrical engineering, either in industry or academia.
- Advanced knowledge of numerical simulations (e.g., magnetic or dielectric).
- Proficiency in commercial simulation tools (e.g., Ansys, Simcenter).
- Ability to develop custom technical solutions.
- Strong teamwork skills in international environments.
- Innovative mindset, proactive attitude, and problem-solving orientation.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
