HR Business Partner

Our organization seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to oversee all aspects of Human Resources support for employees throughout their lifecycle. This role is responsible for fostering a healthy and engaging work environment focused on excellence.

  • Manage daily HR-related activities, provide guidance and assistance to employees and managers regarding policies and good practices.
  • Coordinate new employee induction schedules, conduct onboarding and continually improve onboarding materials.
  • Oversee benefits' offering, build long-term relationships with providers and ensure effective communication.
  • Assist with training needs identification, search for suitable providers and coordinate trainings.
  • Support performance appraisal processes.
  • Coordinate activities promoting a positive work climate.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date HR data.
  • Stay abreast of local labor laws to maintain compliance.

Requirements:

  • Professional degree in Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in an HR role.
  • Bilingual English-Portuguese skills are essential.
  • Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
  • Excellent attention to details, follow-through and organizational skills.
  • Customer service-oriented attitude.
  • Discretion and professionalism.
  • Effective relationship building and communication skills.

Desirable:

  • Experience working with HRIS systems.
  • Knowledge in Diversity and Inclusion.
  • Previous international technology company experience.
