Drive Growth and Shape the Future of Education with Amazon

Are you a sales and technical expert looking to make a meaningful impact in the Education segment? Do you have a passion for driving growth and shaping the future of emerging technology? We're seeking an experienced Education Account Manager to join our team at Amazon and help us establish ourselves as a key technology partner in the Education sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with partners, marketing, business development, and technical teams to manage and grow the territory.
  • Manage numerous accounts concurrently and strategically, developing and executing against a plan that leads to the creation and maintenance of a robust pipeline.
  • Create and articulate compelling value propositions around AWS, analyzing metrics data from accounts to help evolve the business plan.
  • Maintain the CRM database up-to-date and forecast territory performance, contributing to long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Assist Amazon business partners on joint selling opportunities when appropriate.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of full sales cycle, technology sales, or equivalent business development, sales engineering/consulting experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
  • Experience in engineering, computer science, or MIS.
  • Experience driving new business in greenfield accounts at the C-suite level or equivalent.
