Data Insights Specialist

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business decisions through data-driven insights and reports.
- Collaborate with product managers, researchers, and other stakeholders to prioritize projects and provide data-driven recommendations
- Enhance the data-driven culture within the organization by making data more accessible through interactive reports, datasets, documentation, and training
- Work closely with the Analytics team to create and maintain our reporting system, ensuring it is organized and user-friendly
- Occasionally contribute to the inner layers of our Data Warehouse to provide clean and documented datasets for reports and end users
- 4+ years of experience in data & analytics at organizations that leverage data-driven decision-making
- STEM or business background or relevant education that enables empowerment of our organization to be more data-driven
- Advanced SQL skills, intermediate Python or R experience, and proficiency in Tableau and Metabase
- Strong analytical skills, ability to understand complex systems and identify opportunities for improvement
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on delivering results and building trust with colleagues
