Job Title: Entity Governance Analyst

This is a key role that involves supporting the Corporate Secretary with Board meetings and ensuring compliance with governance policies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling Board meetings, distributing materials, and maintaining online corporate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Corporate Secretary in preparation for Board meetings
  • Ensure effective governance across regions by collaborating with the Office of the Secretary
  • Coordinate post-meeting activities and maintain accurate records
  • Update internal databases and attend Board meetings
  • Draft relevant documentation and work closely with partner teams
Requirements:
