Director of Customer Experience and Partnerships

We're seeking a highly skilled Director to lead our Customer Experience Service Operations team, responsible for Quality Assurance and Learning & Development teams. This role will oversee both operationally embedded teams and central teams focused on global standardization and innovation.

The ideal candidate will drive performance in the International Business Group, ensure alignment with global standards, and identify opportunities for innovation to elevate customer satisfaction.

  • Lead QA and L&D teams to ensure compliance with performance standards and policies.
  • Build a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Define QA strategy to gather actionable insights for CX teams.
  • Define L&D strategy to uphold global standards while adapting to regional needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • 8+ years of experience in CX, QA, L&D, or related leadership roles.
  • Proven experience managing multi-country teams in a global operations environment.
