Your Career

As a Channel Business Manager, you'll manage relationships with partners to achieve measurable results in revenue, market share, and depth. Your success will span creating and executing business plans with each potential partner.

You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Global Account Directors. Your focus will be to drive alignment between sales teams and execute account planning and pipeline management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies with Account Directors to maximize growth opportunities.
  • Work in a team environment to ensure partner and customer satisfaction.
  • Design compelling value propositions to inspire strategic partners.
  • Develop/activate services based on emerging and established technologies.
  • Provide clear communication across the region with partners to build strong partnerships.
  • Lead regular business performance and relationship reviews with senior management.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Channel Management or Business Development roles.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish languages.
  • Understanding of the local MCA market.
  • Knowledge of sales, marketing, and solution development.
