Job Title: Sales Director for Strategic Partnerships

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to drive our GSI Partner and Channel Sales strategy. As the Sales Director for Strategic Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans to achieve profitability and partner recruitment objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Enablement:
    • Proactively identify new qualifying partners and establish productive relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts
    • Assess and clarify partner needs, gaps, and requirements, and develop targeted solutions
    • Create training materials and presentations for resellers to enhance their capabilities
  • Sales Planning and Execution:
    • Lead joint planning sessions to develop performance objectives and financial targets with partners
    • Coordinate company involvement to meet partner performance objectives and ensure successful execution of sales plans
    • Maintain accurate records of sales performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Partner Management:
    • Foster open communication and resolve channel conflicts to promote effective collaboration between internal and external teams
    • Ensure partner compliance with agreements and contractual obligations
    • Drive adoption of company programs and initiatives among partners to maximize revenue growth
