We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team in Brazil.
About the JobAs a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of our Portuguese and Spanish-speaking clients. This includes providing top-notch customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and training clients on how to use our products or services.
Your goal will be to build strong relationships with our clients and provide them with exceptional support that exceeds their expectations.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and implement process improvements.
You will also be responsible for documenting processes and sharing insights with our team to help us improve our services.
Requirements- Technical degree (Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or similar)
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and Spanish (English is a plus)
- Passion for customer success and growth
