Sales Specialist Role: We are seeking a proactive and organized sales specialist to manage and optimize our HubSpot CRM and Content Hub, ensuring efficient sales and marketing automation.
Responsibilities: As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies and implementing processes to improve customer acquisition and loyalty. You will also strategically manage social networks and campaigns, increasing the company's engagement and digital presence. Additionally, you will organize corporate events and webinars, taking care of all the details to ensure success and good execution.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must have fluency in English and proven experience with HubSpot. A history of successful sales and lead capture is essential, as well as knowledge of social media management, including content creation, metrics analysis, and audience interaction. You should also possess skills in event organization, with experience in coordinating small to large-scale events, both online and in person.
Differentials: Experience in data analysis to adjust campaigns and strategies based on KPIs is highly valued. The ability to create performance reports and adapt strategies as needed is also essential.
