Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Fx Operations Settlement senior analyst. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in processing Fx transactions and acting as a checker/reviewer of payments/processes, in accordance with local Fx regulation and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Fx operations processing activities are completed accurately and timely, following established procedures and internal policies.
  • Collaborate closely with teammates, internal stakeholders, and clients to ensure all transactions are promptly processed.
  • Oversight is required over the operational cycle of all trades and additional processes of the area (accounting, reconciliation, reports).
  • Deliver exceptional client service (both external and internal) by engaging the team.
  • Analyze data to identify potential risks and opportunities for process and controls improvement.
  • Manage, escalate, and resolve requests/inquiries/issues/errors, proposing improvements.
  • Onboard new clients in accordance with operational procedures.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Fx operations.
  • Banking operations experience is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Candidates must possess clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility and organization to work with tight deadlines are essential.
  • Self-motivation and ability to take initiatives are key.
  • Result-oriented individuals with a high level of accuracy and attention to details, including problem-solving skills, are preferred.
  • Team working skills and a collaborative attitude are necessary.
