About the Role

We're seeking a Sales Assistant to join our B2C Inbound Sales department in São Paulo. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for responding to incoming property sales requests, supporting the sales process, and interacting with clients to understand their needs and resolve any queries they may have.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming property sales requests, particularly from channels like Airbnb and internal platforms.
  • Support the sales process, adhering to our BCG process.
  • Interact and negotiate with clients, helping them understand our business and resolving any queries they may have.
Requirements
  • Nice to have experience in sales.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-first mindset and hunter mentality.
  • A coachable individual able to implement feedback.
  • Advanced English skills.
