Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team as an Account Manager. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, delivering against revenue targets, and developing long-lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Continually identify new sales opportunities with new prospects
  • Deliver against team and individual revenue targets
  • Develop and sustain long-lasting and high-value relationships with prospects and clients
  • Communicate the benefits of Toluna's technology to potential clients
  • Identify key client needs and high-value opportunities and write proposals that meet these needs
  • Prioritize interaction with other key internal stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction
  • Ensure accurate reporting of KPIs to drive sales activities
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of company products and solutions
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure the company reaches its target audience
  • Inform product teams of possible product improvements and changes to ensure company products meet future market needs
  • Maintain awareness of competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success

Requirements

  • Experience with developing existing accounts as well as seeking new business opportunities with new clients
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in the ad-hoc research sector, Insight, business intelligence
  • Successful track record selling technology solutions or high-value market research programs to global enterprise accounts in CPG, FS, or TMTE sectors
  • Ability to work within a value-based sales strategy and methodology
  • Advanced English skills
  • Spanish is a plus

  • Charismatic and entrepreneurial approach to relationship building externally and internally
  • Excellent communication, including questioning, written, and oral skills, able to articulate the Toluna value proposition
  • Strong work ethic, demonstrating exceptional commercial and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team and multitask various projects
  • Success-driven with the ability to be flexible and self-motivated
  • Excellent inter-personal and inter-departmental skills
  • Positive attitude with a solutions-based approach
  • Growth mindset to continuously develop skills and knowledge, including participating in Toluna training as required
