Job Title: Business Development ExecutiveAbout the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leveraging sales engagement tools to generate new customer meetings within target verticals or account lists
  • Identifying and qualifying inbound leads, converting them to customer meetings for sales teams
  • Managing leads in CRM systems, qualifying and dispositioning as needed
  • Employing creative thinking and AI toolsets to improve outreach and demand generation efforts within target accounts
  • Leveraging tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Orum to conduct outbound campaigns and develop new prospects
  • Cold calling and overcoming objections from potential customers
  • Researching prospects to build a pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Collaborating with teammates to ensure seamless lead handoff with complete profile information and clear follow-up actions
Required Qualifications
  • Proficient in English language (fluent conversational level is a must)
  • Previous B2B selling experience in similar area (6 months minimum)
  • Some college or equivalent experience
