Key Responsibilities:
- Define the portfolio of products and services, including price ranges, to drive business growth and profitability.
- Lead and manage the introduction of new products to expand our offerings and meet customer needs.
- Promote compliance with agreements established with suppliers to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute pricing strategies to optimize sales prices and maximize revenue.
- Manage industry dynamics and trends at a regional and local level in Latin American countries to stay ahead of the competition.
- Align marketing activities with other regions (North America, Europe, Asia) to ensure a cohesive global strategy.
- Manage marketing, fairs, and events activities to promote our brand and products.
Qualifications:
- Desirable Professional Training: Engineering, Chemistry, Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 5 to 10 years of proven professional experience in Sales and Management of Specialty Markets/Distribution of Chemicals.
- Language Skills: Advance level of Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
- Technical Knowledge: Application of portfolio products in the specialty chemical industry, such as Paints, Adhesives, Sealants, Elastomers, Polymers, and Rubber markets.
