Operations Support Role

We are seeking an Operations Associate to support our teams in a fast-paced global environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Project Coordinator, Admin Support, or Junior Project Manager and possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability.

The role involves providing administrative assistance, maintaining sales records, updating client records, and performing daily audits to maintain process adherence and data integrity.

You will also be responsible for tracking key metrics, generating reports, and providing data-driven insights, as well as assisting with scheduling meetings and preparing reports.

  • Assisting with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining sales records
  • Ensuring client records are updated and accurate in HubSpot and other systems
  • Working with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow
  • Performing daily audits to maintain process adherence and data integrity
  • Responding to client inquiries professionally and escalating when necessary
  • Tracking key metrics, generating reports, and providing data-driven insights
  • Providing ad-hoc support to ensure operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Fluent English (written & spoken) with strong communication skills
  • Extreme attention to detail – accuracy in SOP's, reporting, and documentation
  • Strong organizational skills – able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Adaptability & flexibility – comfortable in a growing, evolving company
  • Experience in sales administration or operations support (preferred)
  • Able to work independently while collaborating in a team environment
  • A problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
