About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Customer Support Associate to join our team at Quorum. As a Technical Customer Support Associate, you will be the frontline in troubleshooting technical demands, working closely with our customers to resolve issues and provide exceptional support.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to identify and resolve technical issues, and to develop new features and enhancements.
  • Analyze data to understand customer and team challenges, and use this information to inform product strategy and improve customer experiences.
  • Work closely with our Customer Success team to ensure that customers have an amazing experience with Quorum, and to identify and respond to diverse customer use cases.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
  • College degree (completed or in progress) in a technical field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or customer service in a SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency in Javascript and MySQL.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (ZenDesk, Atlassian, JIRA, etc.) at various access levels.
  • Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data to understand customer and team challenges.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, troubleshooting, and attention to detail.
