**Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop and implement targeted strategies to support student educational success.
• Identify and work with at-risk students to provide regular feedback and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
• Participate in regular meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and goals.
• Design, implement, and assess initiatives focused on enhancing student retention, engagement, and overall satisfaction.
• Analyze data to inform strategic decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
**Requirements:**
• English proficiency (C1+ level)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in student support or a similar role within an educational setting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with educational technologies and data analysis tools.
• Passion for student success and a commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
