We are seeking a highly skilled IT Solutions Specialist to join our team. As an IT Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and troubleshooting services for our .Net based web applications.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to new situations.
- You will be working with a variety of technologies, including ASP .Net, C#, SQL, IIS, Message Queues, and Restful services.
- You will be required to log tickets, monitor incidents, and document resolutions within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- You will work closely with IT Operations and Development teams to coordinate issue resolution and ensure timely delivery of services.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Hands-on experience in providing functional level of support and troubleshooting of .Net based web applications.
- A strong understanding of Windows Server and MS SQL Server concepts.
- An extensive knowledge of industry-standard tools and technologies.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
