Job Opportunity:

  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement and management of materials and services in Latin America.
  • Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality results while ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and established guidelines.
  • You will play a critical role in identifying potential risks and opportunities, participating in strategic meetings, and developing action plans to mitigate risks and enhance contract performance.
  • A significant aspect of this role involves effective communication with stakeholders, including customers, to clarify technical, commercial, and administrative matters.
  • You will be responsible for preparing and submitting documentation for contract entry into our ERP system, obtaining necessary approvals, and maintaining accurate records of contract progress.
  • An additional responsibility will be to analyze financial schedules, evaluate contract performance, and provide control tools to ensure smooth contract management.
  • You will also be expected to monitor inspection processes, technical releases, payments made by customers, and customer complaints.
  • In this capacity, you will represent the company in meetings with customers to negotiate contracts and maintain positive relationships.
  • Maintenance of accurate files and documentation related to contracts and orders is essential to the success of this role.
  • Finally, you will contribute to the continuous monitoring and optimization of contract management processes, ensuring alignment with our Quality Assurance System.
