Key Responsibilities- Customer Insights

- Own and manage vendor relationships, focusing on top vendors that drive the majority of sales.
- Audit and escalate vendor performance, negotiate terms and cost structures, and develop long-term partnerships.

- Work with central teams to evolve customer-facing and internal systems to improve the customer experience.
- Previous experience working with consumer electronics and vendor negotiations.
- Experience with business analysis, P&L management, and driving internal cross-team collaboration.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to drive direction and alignment with cross-functional teams.
