Public Sector Client Growth Expert

We are seeking a skilled Client Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Client Success team, you will be responsible for owning the client relationship for a portfolio of public sector accounts after the point of sale throughout the client lifecycle.
Your primary objective will be to become a trusted and valued partner to HR contacts, decision makers, and C-level executives as you share their mission to improve employee health, engagement, and happiness.
You will understand clients' objectives and deliver solutions to help them achieve them throughout the onboarding process and beyond by developing client-specific growth strategies.
Some of your key responsibilities will include planning initial client launches, ongoing strategic relaunches, and awareness events; partnering with the Gympass Wellbeing Engagement team to assist in end-to-end implementation; selling new solutions to increase revenue income and customer satisfaction; working with internal stakeholders to develop member growth strategies and deliver on client and company goals; analyzing client data, sharing findings, and developing tailored communication and awareness strategies to increase user engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with Public Sector clients is recommended
- Experience in using Salesforce and Tableau is a plus
- Experience in business development related to healthcare, wellness/wellbeing, human resources solutions or benefits is a plus
- Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, work in a team environment, and solve problems creatively and efficiently
- Ability to operate independently and leverage lane management as needed
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and extensive ability to manage multiple clients/projects concurrently
- Ability to monitor data, analyze reports, and leverage results
- Able to analyze and improve current job processes/protocols and anticipate/manage change in a quickly moving global business environment
