Program Leadership Specialist

The role of Program Manager is a leadership position responsible for providing oversight and supervision to intellectual and developmental disability (IDD) Community Homes, Community Participation Support Services, and Community-Based or LifeSharing services.
Key responsibilities include communicating company values and philosophies, program management, and supervising direct support staff. The Program Manager also ensures the health, safety, and welfare of individuals within the program and participates in the company's on-call system.
This position requires strong leadership skills, ability to foster inclusion, recovery, and integration into the community, and facilitate regular staff meetings to ensure communication with and from company management.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Master's degree from an accredited college or university, 1 year experience working directly with persons with IDD, and 1 year supervisory experience.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, 2 years of experience working directly with persons with IDD, and 1 year supervisory experience.
- Associate's degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university, 4 years of experience working directly with persons with IDD, and 1 year supervisory experience.
- High school diploma or equivalency, 6 years of work experience working directly with persons with IDD, and 1 year supervisory experience.
