Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer requests in a prompt manner, adhering to established procedures and protocols.
  • Verify compliance with predetermined procedures and protocols (clinics, hospitals, commercial areas, distribution), tracking all actions via system and/or phone to prevent potential deviations and report them to responsible parties.
  • Provide information and clarify various inquiries from customers, within scope or forwarding to competent areas as necessary.
  • Maintain compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and norms existing in the company.

Requirements:

  • Completed Bachelor's degree or pursuing in Business Administration, Logistics, Pharmacy, or related field.
  • Prior experience in customer service in large-scale companies.
  • Intermediate English skills.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
