**Customer Experience Ambassador**

As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our clients, designing and promoting personalized customer experiences that drive loyalty and inspire trust.

The role requires a deep understanding of air freight forwarding, knowledge of Kuehne-Nagel's products and service offerings, and excellent communication skills to effectively address customer inquiries, investigate complaints, and provide lasting solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support.
  • Partner with logistics teams to match customer requirements with Kuehne-Nagel's product offerings, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of customers' supply chains, leveraging this expertise to offer strategic business advice and consulting services.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer escalations, deviations, and complaints, working diligently to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles or supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of air freight forwarding, Kuehne-Nagel's products, and service offerings.
