Key Responsibilities

The Sales Administration Assistant will serve as the primary point of contact with customers for operational matters, supporting the Commercial Team in daily tasks related to sales orders, logistical arrangements, and customer support for South America region, excluding Brazil.

Main Objectives:
  • Coordinate sales processing between customers and production/export teams;
  • Process order placements and verify import requirements for each client;
  • Prepare exportation documents for customers (bill of lading, invoice, etc.);
  • Handle customer inquiries with timely communications and prompt responses;
  • Perform thorough follow-up of orders until delivery to customers or warehouse;
  • Work closely with appointed forwarding agents for port customs clearance;
  • Request quotations and negotiate pricing for transportation cost (sea/land) when applicable;
  • Maintain continuous records of all logistical activities until order delivery (data feed);
  • Assist business development managers in the event of customer claims;
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Commercial Management, or related areas;
  • Organized, autonomous, and proactive with good interpersonal skills;
  • Seeking efficiency, with strong discernment skills;
  • Responsible, open, and transparent;
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Spanish;

This role requires a high level of professionalism, effective communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
