Project Management SpecialistJob Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute complex projects from initiation to closure.

  • Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and customers to ensure quality and accuracy of project deliverables.
  • Prepare and present project status reports and updates to senior management.
  • Contribute to process improvements and best practices within the project management function.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field such as business administration, engineering, or construction management.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with project management software such as Primavera P6.
