Lead Sales Executive for Brazil and LATAM

bwise Media is a leading global digital marketing agency focused on optimizing revenue streams for sports-related websites and applications. Our firm excels in managing advertising sales for sports betting operators and collaborates with some of the most renowned sports platforms globally.

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Sales Manager to spearhead our expansion efforts in Brazil and LATAM. Reporting directly to the Director of South America, based in São Paolo, you will be tasked with generating new sales opportunities across both online and offline channels (including digital direct sales, media purchasing, sponsorships, and print advertising).

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive advertising sales for bwise's sports portfolio, which encompasses livescore applications, sports publishers, influencer marketing, and social media initiatives.
  • Establish and nurture robust, enduring relationships with local advertisers and publishers across various platforms.
  • Coordinate business meetings with potential clients to explore opportunities.
  • Advocate for the company's services and product offerings.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience as a sales manager, sales executive, or in a comparable role within the betting/iGaming sector, ideally with a background in sponsorship or significant media agreements.
  • Familiarity with direct sales (CPM), performance marketing, programmatic media purchasing, and/or affiliate marketing is advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Brazilian and LATAM markets.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing the sales process from strategy to closure.
  • Dedication to ongoing professional development and self-improvement.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and business-level English is essential; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
  • Residency in São Paolo, BR is preferred.
