Lead Sales Strategist

We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Senior Sales Manager to become a pivotal part of our expanding organization, which specializes in internet technology and mobile application development.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Expand the company's clientele in Brazil by identifying potential leads and steering the sales process through diverse channels such as direct outreach, networking, and personal engagements.
2. Establish and nurture relationships with significant clients in Brazil, focusing on both gaming and non-gaming sectors.
3. Serve as the primary contact for clients, overseeing interactions with LATAM partners.
4. Manage campaigns effectively, including performance evaluation, analysis, and comprehensive reporting post-campaign.
5. Collaborate with local and global sales teams to enhance client outreach, develop sales materials, and provide exceptional client service.
6. Identify and explore new growth avenues and upselling prospects that align client requirements with the company's offerings.
7. Act as a brand ambassador for the company within the Brazilian market.

Engage with advertisers and partners to keep them informed about the company's offerings and advancements. Meet and exceed quarterly performance metrics while working alongside internal teams to strategize campaigns for all LATAM clients.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, digital advertising, ad-tech, or related fields.
  • Strong connections and knowledge of the gaming industry are essential.
  • Experience with MMP or SDK networks is advantageous.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to secure sales.
  • In-depth understanding of the Brazilian ad tech landscape.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing revenue targets.
  • Strategic, innovative, and adaptable mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Fluency in Portuguese is mandatory.
