About Us
As a commercial expert, you will ensure that our service contracts align with our technical-commercial proposals.
The role involves registering and revising service contracts in our operating system, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
- Review customer orders and contracts to ensure compliance with proposal terms and conditions.
- Register, monitor, and review service contracts in the ERP system to guarantee seamless operations.
- Monitor and control service contract billing to prevent any discrepancies.
- Analyze supporting documentation for closing specific contracts to meet business objectives.
- Validate order entry and revenue recognition reports to maintain financial accuracy.
- Support revenue recognition planning and monitor the backlog to optimize business performance.
- Upload and monitor measurement bulletins on direct customer portals to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist with purchase requisition creation and interact with the GEC and purchasing team to streamline processes.
- Request credit notes and interface with various departments to resolve any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with distributors and direct customers regarding service billing and administrative topics to build strong relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in administration, industrial engineering, or equivalent knowledge.
- ERP knowledge, preferably SAP.
- Intermediate level of English proficiency.
- Two or more years of related experience (desired).
