A Regional Human Resources Specialist with Strategic Advisory Expertise

Role Overview:

This strategic advisor role is designed to drive HR initiatives that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will foster a positive work environment, promote employee development, and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as a regional HR Business Partner, ensuring alignment between local HR teams, other regional teams, and Global HR.
  • Translate and adapt corporate HR strategies to the Latin America context, ensuring harmonization and governance across countries.
  • Lead and coordinate task forces to design and implement high-quality HR initiatives, engaging stakeholders across multiple levels and geographies.
Talent Acquisition & Development:
  • Design and implement the recruitment strategy for Latin America, ensuring consistency and excellence across countries.
  • Develop regional recruitment processes, policies, and toolkits (including interview approaches, cultural fit assessments, assessment tools, and digital recruiting solutions).
  • Build partnerships with external providers (consultancies, assessment platforms, universities, etc.) to strengthen the talent pipeline.
  • Ensure strong alignment between recruitment practices and future workforce needs.
Onboarding & Offboarding Process:
  • Establish a standardized and engaging onboarding process across the region, including structured presentations, process flows, and digital onboarding tools.
  • Monitor and analyze onboarding experience data, providing insights to continuously improve efficiency and employee experience.
  • Design and govern regional offboarding policies, ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment with company culture.
  • Analyze voluntary and involuntary attrition data, identify key trends, and build action plans in collaboration with business leaders.
Workforce Planning & Governance:
  • Manage workforce planning and headcount governance for the region, in alignment with global HR standards and local business needs.
  • Provide data-driven insights on workforce trends, succession planning, and capacity to support business decisions.
  • Partner with Finance and Business leaders to ensure workforce strategies support both efficiency and growth.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure adoption and effectiveness of new processes and initiatives.
  • Promote data-driven HR by leveraging SuccessFactors and other systems to generate actionable insights.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, developing and implementing actions aligned with business needs.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in HR practices, aligned with company values and regional realities.
  • Other correlated activities.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role. Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Advanced Excel / Google Sheets knowledge. Advanced English is mandatory, Spanish is a plus.
