Regional HR Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional HR Manager to oversee the employee lifecycle in our regional offices. This includes recruiting, compensation and training of employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the HR team in the region, comprising 7 persons.
  • Oversee HR processes across various countries in South America.
  • Design and implement employees' compensation and benefits packages.
  • Define onboarding procedures aligned with company culture.
  • Determine training plans for each employee and department.
  • Track recruitment KPIs and suggest improvements as needed.
  • Design and implement company policies that comply with business objectives.
  • Ensure all HR operations adhere to legal standards.
  • Support staff and managers on day-to-day issues.
  • Coordinate with National HR Manager to craft organization-wide strategies and objectives.
  • Supervise payroll vendors in the region.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to design and implement effective HR processes.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience in managing HR teams and implementing company policies.
