About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. You will work closely with various stakeholders to identify and address key talent management challenges, provide guidance on organizational design and development, and drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Partner with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that drive business outcomes
- Lead talent management initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement organizational change management initiatives
- Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record in HR Business Partnering or a similar strategic HR role
- Strong result-driven and problem-solving skills
- Expertise in Talent Management, Organizational Management, and local employment practices
- Ability to learn, lead, and influence in a constantly changing environment
- A passion for driving culture, engagement, and leadership development
