We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Lawyer to join our team. As a Tax Lawyer, you will be responsible for handling tax cases from initial petition to the Supreme Court, monitoring processes, and representing clients in judicial courts.

• Experience in handling tax cases from initial petition to the Supreme Court (STJ/STF);
• Monitoring processes and representing clients in judicial courts;
• Drafting petitions at all judicial levels;
• Managing deadline schedules;
• Preparing legal documents;
• Updating internal control systems;
• Participating in client meetings;

• Knowledge of legal software, preferably CPJ;
• Additional qualification in tax law (preferred);
• Experience in a corporate law firm;
• Previous experience in tax law;
