About the Role

At Amazon Servicos de Varejo do Brasil Ltda., we're committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment. As a Sr. Pricing Program Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping our pricing strategy and operations for Brazil.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business teams to ensure our pricing strategy aligns with their goals and objectives.
  • Evaluate the retail landscape, adjust our pricing strategy, and generate insights to guide business teams in offering competitive prices.
  • Work closely with multiple teams across Amazon, including Pricing Operations, Business Intelligence, Vendor Managers, Category Leaders, Payments, and Finance.
  • Audit pricing initiatives to ensure we remain competitive in the market.
  • Develop and report on key pricing efforts and metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Drive and launch initiatives to completion and success, partnering effectively with supporting teams.
  • Understand BR-specific requirements and educate WW teams on those.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
  • Relevant years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
  • Experience with program or project management.
  • Managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior leadership experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience delivering projects within scope, time, budget, and quality.
