Job Opportunity in Monitoring Tools Administration

We are seeking an experienced Monitoring Tools Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements from customers, building custom scripts, and implementing out-of-the-box features from monitoring tools.

This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent time management and organization skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a high-paced environment.

  • Gathering customer requirements for monitoring implementation
  • Building custom scripts
  • Implementing out-of-the-box features from monitoring tools
  • Analyzing requirements and implementing solutions based on customer needs and company standards
  • Hands-on experience in monitoring tools management
  • Hands-on scripting experience
  • SCOM experience required
  • Python, shell script, PowerShell experience required
  • RESTful API interaction
  • ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in monitoring tools management, scripting, and problem-solving. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
