We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Operations Specialist to join our Global Sales Operations team in South America . The successful candidate will play a crucial role in building operational excellence and providing strategic advisory support to the sales leadership team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and analytical professional to drive growth, optimize processes, and develop strategic initiatives that positively impact our commercial performance. As a key member of our global operations team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams worldwide to identify opportunities for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive sales metrics and insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and execute strategic sales plans, including forecasting, territory optimization, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Lead projects aimed at driving commercial performance through data analysis, predictive modeling, and process optimization.
  • Contribute to annual strategic planning by providing recommendations on go-to-market strategies, team structures, and seller productivity improvements.
  • Design and present reports to senior sales leadership, highlighting key trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Provide day-to-day operational support and issue resolution to ensure seamless sales performance.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales operations or a related field, preferably within a global organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior stakeholders and influence business outcomes.
  • Fluency in English and strong proficiency in Excel, with experience working with CRM systems and data analytics tools.
