Job Description:This role involves developing and implementing client compensation programs, including base pay programs and incentive plans.
Key responsibilities include benchmarking client positions, designing pay structures and administration guidelines, and advising clients on various compensation plan approaches.

- Assist Senior Consultants in modeling and implementing incentive plans based on data analysis
- Advise clients on various compensation plan approaches, highlighting advantages and disadvantages
- Create tools for market analysis, cost modeling, and training to support multiple projects
Collaborate with a team of professionals in a dynamic work environment that emphasizes professional growth and continuous learning.
Requirements:To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, specifically in designing and administering compensation programs
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Economics, or a related quantitative field
- Strong analytical skills with experience in analyzing salary surveys and regulatory guidelines
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including v-lookups and pivot tables
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and attention to detail
While not required, candidates with the following qualifications will be given preference:
- Professional certification such as PHR or CCP
- Experience with compensation and salary survey administration software like PayFactors or Salary.com
- Proven project management experience
- Background in professional services consulting
- Data orientation with the ability to build models and forecasts
This is a fully remote position offering flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States.
The hourly rate ranges from $35 to $70 per hour, depending on experience.
